Mole Trapping Services for Safe, Effective Lawn Protection
Moles might be small, but their impact on your lawn can be massive. From destroyed turf to disrupted landscaping, these underground pests can quickly take over your yard if left unchecked. Got Moles offers targeted mole trapping services designed to resolve the problem swiftly and safely, without harming your family, pets, or the environment.
Local Experts Focused on Humane, Effective Control
When it comes to mole control, precision matters. Our team is trained in the behavior and biology of moles common to the Pacific Northwest. We know how to identify the signs of an infestation, locate surface tunnels, deep tunnels, and trap moles using the most effective strategies, including tunnel trapping. Our mole trapping process also relies heavily on observation and persistence to ensure no mole goes undetected.
We don’t rely on chemicals or harsh deterrents. Our mole trapping services are 100% toxin-free and safe for your entire household. Whether you’re noticing new mole hills, mounds, or long ridges cutting through your grass, our team will address the problem using humane, results-driven techniques. Tools such as the cinch trap are sometimes used depending on tunnel depth and soil conditions.
At Got Moles, we use a clean, four-phase mole trapping process to deliver quick and lasting results. Every step is handled by professionals who understand the importance of both speed and thoroughness.
Phone-Based Evaluation
Everything begins with a call to our office. You’ll speak directly with a trained representative who can assess your situation through a series of questions. We gather details about your yard, visible mole damage, and property layout. This allows us to prepare a mole trapping service estimate, which we typically send by email on the same day. Once approved, we schedule your on-site visit.
Property Inspection and Trap Setup
During our initial visit, your technician will arrive in a marked vehicle and uniform. After a complete inspection of your property, we identify all mole tunnels and areas of mole activity. We then install the appropriate number and type of mole traps to target the moles effectively. Our standard practice is to treat the entire property—not just where damage is visible—ensuring that no mole goes unnoticed. The traps are left in place for a week to monitor progress as part of our mole trapping approach.
Routine Monitoring and Adjustments
Over the next few weeks, we return weekly to inspect traps, reset as needed, and remove any moles caught. We also continue to scan for fresh signs of activity and new surface tunnels. This ongoing mole trapping process helps us adapt our strategy if necessary and ensure that the infestation is fully resolved. On average, four visits are enough for complete mole removal, though some properties may require extended attention.
Proactive Follow-Up
We offer optional follow-up plans for clients who want continued protection against mole re-entry. These bi-weekly or monthly visits are tailored to your property’s needs and provide a consistent safeguard. Preventing new infestations is often more manageable than reacting to recurring damage, which is why many homeowners choose this ongoing mole trapping care option.
Why Professional Trapping Is the Smarter Choice
Home remedies and off-the-shelf solutions might seem appealing, but they rarely offer permanent relief. Trapping moles with professional methods ensures the source of the issue is addressed without creating new risks.
Safe for kids and pets: No poisons, gases, or harmful sprays.
Environmentally sound: Our methods preserve beneficial wildlife and plant life.
Customized for your yard: Every trap set is tailored to your property’s layout and mole behavior.
Our approach delivers clean results without leaving toxic residues in your soil or compromising your landscaping. It’s the right solution for families who value both safety and results. With tools like the cinch mole trap and expert knowledge of tunnel systems, our trappers maximize control while minimizing lawn disruption. Our mole trapping expertise is grounded in years of experience.
Annual Plans for Lasting Lawn Protection
Some properties are more vulnerable to mole invasions due to their proximity to wooded areas, wetlands, or golf courses. For these high-risk zones, we offer affordable annual plans. These programs include scheduled inspections and immediate action if any mole activity is detected.
By catching new infestations early and reactivating tunnel traps where needed, we prevent large-scale damage and reduce the need for multiple full-service visits. This plan is a smart way to protect your yard year-round with minimal disruption. It also helps manage pests like gophers that may share similar underground routes. Mole trapping over time becomes a cost-effective strategy to keep your yard in great shape.
We provide mole trapping services in Seattle, Tacoma, Bellevue, Kent, Olympia, and nearby communities throughout Washington’s Puget Sound region.

I’m so glad we contacted Got Moles. Only wish we had called a week or two sooner to catch the 5 moles destroying our lawn. Spencer was so helpful and informative. He clearly knew what he was doing. Kathy was also extremely nice on the phone when deciding who would handle our issue.

This business is awesome! I’m picky, have high expectations, and don’t handle poor punctuality. That being said, they were on time every time, left my yard the way they found it, protected all their traps from my local wildlife and pets, and actually caught moles. I asked for proof. They’d leave them in the top of my trash can for me. Total transperency!!!!
They have a great communication system in place with their customers never leaving you guessing when they’ll be there, what was accomplished, full disclosure billing with awesome repeat customer perks (found this out today) and are just generally nice people. Hard working, good sense of humor, they check all the boxes. And they catch moles!!!! They don’t just talk about it! I believe the total was 4-5 and they left my yard free of moles all spring. But, one has come back, and so I have come back, to Got Moles!

I hired him to remove moles from my yard. I found him to be very professional, customer service oriented, knowledgeable, and affordable. I have been very happy with his service. I used someone else who was more expensive, and the customer service was not good. I highly recommend Got Moles for mole removal. You can't go wrong.
