In short order they came, assessed the area, and placed their humane traps to help remove the mole. Their initial program was several weeks and the mole was successfully removed. Their communication was excellent throughout. Moles are all they do and they're good at it. So much so that we decided to move to a monthly program because moles are so prevalent in the area and the chance of reoccurrence is very high. I'm hoping that no moles move in—for their sake as well as ours—but I feel confident that they'll maintain the mole-free status quo. My wife liked their communication so much, and my son despises their current general pest control company with red-hot intensity, that the only regret is that they don't offer wider pest control options. Strongly recommended.
