No pressure, no upsell, no surprise quote visit. We quote and book over the phone.

Once you're ready, we schedule your first visit and take the $150 setup fee. That's the only thing you pay upfront. The $300 balance is only due if we catch moles — $450 total max for residential under 1 acre. If we don't catch any, the $150 setup is all you owe.

On your booked date, our technician arrives and does the full property walk on arrival — active mole runs, fresh mounds, soil displacement, entry patterns. This isn't a drive-by; it's a hands-on assessment of what's happening underground. From that assessment, professional-grade equipment goes on the most active tunnels — all in the same visit. There is no separate pre-booking inspection. The first paid visit covers both the assessment and the trap-setting.

We come back weekly to check traps, adjust placement, and respond to changes in mole activity. You don't need to be home and you don't need to touch anything — just flatten any new mounds between visits so we can track fresh activity. After every visit, you get a written report: what we checked, what we found, what we did. If we catch moles, the $300 balance is due at the end. If we don't catch any, you owe nothing beyond the $150 setup.
